Return & Refund Policy

01 No refund policy

Since BLYFT TECHNOLOGIES provides digital marketing, technology, and business solutions, we do not offer refunds once a service has commenced. The effort, time, and resources invested in delivering your project are committed from the moment work begins.

We strongly encourage clients to review all project proposals, scopes, and deliverables thoroughly before approving and making payment.

02 Service modifications

If you are dissatisfied with a delivered service, BLYFT TECHNOLOGIES is committed to resolving the issue professionally:

• We may revise or modify the service based on mutual agreement between both parties.
• All requests for modifications must be submitted in writing within 7 days of service delivery.
• Revision requests must be specific and aligned with the original agreed-upon project scope.
• BLYFT TECHNOLOGIES reserves the right to determine whether a request constitutes a revision or a new scope of work.

03 Cancellation policy

• You may cancel a service engagement before work commences for a full refund of any amount paid.
• Once work has begun, cancellation will not be eligible for a refund, regardless of the stage of completion.
• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to contact@blyftit.com.
• Any partially delivered work product will be provided to the client upon cancellation where applicable.

04 Exceptional circumstances

In rare cases where BLYFT TECHNOLOGIES is unable to deliver the agreed service due to circumstances on our end, we will offer either:

• A full or partial refund proportional to the work not completed, or
• A service credit applicable to a future engagement.

Such cases will be handled on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of BLYFT TECHNOLOGIES.
